Look at the two great products we got to review.  The product on the left is the Layers Dryer Disks in Quiver scent. I would say this is a neutral/manly scent for those whose significant others do not like the flowery scents. these are $7.00 for the 2 disks. They also come in 3 other scents, Coconut Lemongrass, French Lavender, and Sunkissed Citrus.

The directions are really easy. All you do is throw one of the disks in the dryer with your clothing(not recommended for children's clothes or flame resistant clothes). I have been using my first disk for a week(I do several loads of laundry a day with a family of 6 hehe) I would definitely buy these again.

The 2nd product I reviewed was the new Layers Hand Soap in the Coconut Lemongrass scent. It comes in an 8 fl. oz. for $6.00 each. It comes in 19 other scents. I was going for a less girly scent since we only have the 1 bathroom and 4 stinky boys(including hubby) in our household. I definitely love the light airy scent. It is not overpowering at all. 

I think both of these items would make great gifts for housewarming parties or Christmas.

Good afternoon MMR Fans

Its a happy Saturday in the Pierce house.  Hubby still has his job for now.  We went on date night last night which consisted of dinner at Red Robin, a trip to Sam's Club, and a couponing trip to Target. HEHE Yup I dragged my husband to Target so I could use some coupons before they expired. Here is a list of what I got..2 sippy cups, 4 bottles of all free and clear, 2 bottles of dove body wash, 4 packs of schick razors, 2 bottles of Garnier Fructis, 8 bottles of Herbal Essence, and some Garnier styling spray. Total out of pocket=28.13 :) saved $77.05.

Cookie Cutter Eggs

So this morning I decided to attempt something I found on Pinterest.  My kids LOVE anything with cookie cutters.  Typically we do sugar cookies, play doh, or even peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with our cookie cutters. Today I decided to try it with EGGS!!

First I set my griddle to 275 degrees(if you see the egg isn't firming up right away you can raise the temp to 300 degrees)

I buttered my griddle and than placed my greased(Crisco spray) METAL cookie cutter in the middle of the butter.

Next I cracked my egg and poured it into the cookie cutter, making sure the white of the egg got into every crack.

(some egg may leak out, just up the temp a hair)

I waited until the majority of the egg white was firm and checked it by jiggling the cookie cutter to check firmness.

Once you feel it is firm enough, take the cookie cutter off, and flip the egg to cook the other side a little bit. If you like your yolk runny, do not cook it on the other side very long. If you like your yolk more firm and cooked through, than leave it on as long as you like.

Another Friday coming..

So tomorrow is Friday..typically a very happy day in the Pierce household since it is PAYDAY hehe  However my loving hubby informed me that tomorrow he may get 1 pay check..or he may get 2..2 meaning he has been laid off. Hubby is union and even though he just has to wait at the union hall until they send him to a new job..it always has me concerned. 

Also tomorrow my big kids are off school for Teacher's Institute..thinking we will make some Halloween cookie cutouts. I have been eyeballing Pinterest..here are some I am thinking about tell me which are your favorites..

I am not one to buy organic body wash, I was a J&J girl. But after I received a gift set of Bella B products by Bella B Bodycare, I fell in love with Bella B. The gift set contained Squeaky Bee Bodywash and Shampoo, Silk Honey Baby Daily Moisturizing Lotion, and Honey Bum Diaper Rash Butter. You can find the gift set here.

The shampoo comes in a 13oz bottle and lasts forever! I use it on both the little boys. I love love love the way it smells! I also love the fact that it is a tear free formula. With a toddler and an infant a tear free formula is a must! Bella B Honey lotion is a keeper in this house. Just like the shampoo the smell is amazing! And of course it would with key organic ingredients like shea, mango, aloe vera, and avocado. 

The Bella B Honey Bum diaper rash butter has helped many a bums in this house! Jeremiah gets diaper rashes frequently and Bella B seems to do the trick with clearing them up fast. There is one thing that I do not like about it, and that is that it only comes in a 2oz tube. Now it could be because I have 2 in diapers but it does not seem to last long. 

There are a few other Bella B products I want to try as well. 

Like the Sunny Bee Natural Sunscreen, a 40 SPF sunscreen. This is will be a must try for swimming and playing outside this summer. 

The Tummy to Toes sounds so nice and my legs and feet are screaming to try it!
